How you are invited to participate in a survey

Online survey - we will email a survey URL link to your preferred email address. We will issue a reminder by email some days later, unless you have told us that you cannot participate.

 

Telephone survey - we will call you to invite you to participate in a telephone interview.

 

Other types of research - (face to face interviews or focus groups). We will call you to offer these highly rewarded opportunities as they arise.

 


How the rewards are offered

Amazon.co.uk vouchers will be emailed to you normally within one hour of you completing the survey during work hours, or the next workday morning if you complete the survey in the evening.  Virgin vouchers will be posted within one working day once we have your address details.  Charity payments will be made quarterly to our several partner charities.

Reward Levels

  • An online survey will carry an incentive £5 OR £10. The typical online survey will be worth £10.
  • A telephone survey will carry a reward of £5 to £10.
  • A face-to-face interview or focus group will carry a reward of £25 to £75

How rewards are distributed

How survey results are distributed

The results from qualifying QNA surveys will be posted in pdf format to the QNA website.  You will be emailed a link to enable you to download the pdf as soon as possible after the completion of the survey.

 


How and why we will communicate with you

  • We will inform you monthly of your rewards and that they have been distributed as you requested. If this involves a partner charity, we will send you their acknowledgement.
  • We will inform you of any changes to the way QNA operates.
  • We will let you know what prize is available in the Monthly Prize Draw and, if the winner permits, who won the previous draw.
